Sometimes things go wrong, and there are issues with the motorhome. This is truly a shame, and we hate that your holiday has been inconvenienced like this. What should you do in these situations?

  1. Talk to the Owner! It is so vital to communicate any problems with them, as they most likely have a solution and can help!
  2. Bring it to the nearest repairshop once you have spoken to the Owner, see if it can be fixed quickly so you can continue your holiday.
  3. Takes photos or videos of the issue/damage.


Will you be compensated for such things?

That is not up to Goboony, but the Owner, which is why it is so vital to communicate problems with them. Ideally you should do this during your trip, but otherwise at the return of the motorhome. They can help and discuss a fair agreement. If you return the motorhome and only mention the issues to Goboony, we are severely limited in how we can help you. But of course do mention it to us, as we will try our best to find a fair resolution!
